Santa Clara University announced the largest gift in its 166-year history, $100 million, from the prominent Silicon Valley real estate and philanthropy couple John A. and Susan Sobrato. The gift will launch a 300,000-square-foot STEM facility, the Sobrato Campus for Discovery and Innovation.

Mr. Sobrato will be available at Santa Clara University on Monday, Jan. 23 at 10:30 a.m. to discuss this gift, the second-largest ever to a Catholic University.
