America’s entrepreneurs and small business owners save money and

processing, Sam’s Club is the first mass retailer to invest in
member services specifically designed to benefit small business

retail-supported private health care exchange designed to meet the
needs of both the small business owner and their employees. Sam’s
Club business members with two or more employees in 18 states have
exclusive access to personalized plan options from Aetna at

Aetna Marketplace for Sam’s Club provides enhanced cost control
and budget predictability, simplified administration and
easy-to-use tools to help employees choose the plan that best meets
their needs. With live access to dedicated support for small

Seamless Payroll Integration - Execupay
Sam’s Club Payroll, powered by Execupay, gives small business
owners the opportunity to save time by outsourcing their payroll
needs to an established industry leader. Sam’s Club members could
save up to 40 percent savings on solutions including online
payroll, time and attendance, direct deposit and automated payroll
tax filings/payments.
Members enroll online in one simple step, and a live payroll
expert helps complete the technical details. Then members can run
Sam’s Club Payroll at any time from a smartphone, tablet or desktop
computer in less than a minute. The collaboration with Execupay
provides white-glove customer service and guidance from dedicated

Legal Solutions - LegalZoom
Small business owners are often inundated with legal forms or
lack the expertise to properly protect their assets. Exclusively
for members, Sam’s Club is teaming up with LegalZoom, the leading
online provider of legal solutions, to offer a curated bundle of
estate planning products and independent counsel. Members could
save up to 25 percent savings on company formation, one year
membership of the LegalZoom legal plan, and access to over 160

New enhancements to existing services available at
SamsClub.com/services
- Payments: New products are
available in merchant payment processing from First Data in
addition to providing dedicated local consultants to business
members in every market. Sam’s Club and First Data offer savings on
cutting-edge payments systems to track inventory, manage employees,
analyze customer data, drive loyalty and accept payments with
security and ease.
- Sam’s Club Travel App: Launched
in June 2014, Sam’s Club Travel service could provide
members up to 50 percent savings on a la carte travel options from
cruises and rental cars to hotels and local attractions. In
November, members can access Sam’s Club Travel by mobile app for
Android and iPhone users and receive weekly deals through Sam’s
Club Travel Insider emails.

Cash in Hand Savings at Sam’s Club
In addition to this comprehensive suite of business-friendly
services, Sam’s Club financial services provide additional member
benefits through two programs:
- Sam’s Club MasterCard -
Exclusive to Sam’s Club members, the 5-3-1 credit program provides
five percent cash back on fuel purchases, three percent cash back
on travel and dining purchases and one percent cash back on all
other purchases, anywhere MasterCard is accepted. The card is also
equipped with chip-card technology and identity theft resolution
support, providing enhanced safety with every transaction.
- Cash Rewards – Sam’s Club Plus
members ($100 membership) earn more with every purchase under the
new Cash Rewards program. Plus members will receive $10 in Cash
Rewards for every $500 spent on qualifying pre-tax purchases, up to
$500.
