Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH announced today that it plans to open
a new store in Pearl, Mississippi (metropolitan Jackson) on
Thursday, November 14, 2013. The store will be located in the
Outlets of Mississippi in Rankin County, one of the fastest growing
areas in the state. The outlet is developed by Spectrum Capital, an
affiliate of the Yates Companies, Inc., and has a 15-mile-radius of
the best brand name retailers. With approximately 17,000 square
feet of space, the new Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH boutique-style
shop will offer over 800 different world-renowned designer brands
at value prices.

Center located here. Now, with the opening of our new Saks Fifth
Avenue OFF 5TH location, we are happy to see the Saks family

The store will be the first Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH store in
Mississippi and will be modeled after the company’s innovative
“luxury-in-a-loft” store design, which beautifully highlights the
merchandise and facilitates easy shopping. The modern and
uncluttered layout includes an open floor plan, moveable fixtures
and bright lighting. Customers will have access to a distinctive
assortment of designer and contemporary brands available at outlet
prices, including women’s and men’s apparel, fine jewelry,
handbags, shoes and children’s collections. Women will find the
season’s most sought-after women’s wear trends from designers such
as Oscar de la Renta, Giorgio Armani, Escada, Michael Kors, Helmut
Lang, Vince and Joie. Men will find a wide range of sportswear,
contemporary apparel and formalwear from brands such as Versace,
Theory, Armani, Hickey Freeman and Robert Graham.

To celebrate the grand opening, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH will
host a private preview charity event celebration on Wednesday,
November 13th, benefiting Baston Children’s Hospital at the
University of Mississippi Medical Center. Saks OFF 5TH will donate
5% of the evening’s proceeds to help fund the non-profit’s research
and treatment of providing high-quality health care for children.
Guests will be treated to Champagne and hors d’oeuvres and a live
DJ, and throughout the evening Saks OFF 5TH will be leveraging
social media with postings from the event.
For opening weekend, children will receive balloons on a stick
from a balloon tree while guests will enjoy music from a DJ on
Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 8pm. Free signature totes will be
available with any purchase (while supplies last), and guests will
have the opportunity to win a $50 gift card (one each day) when
signing up for the MORE! Loyalty Program. Guests will also be able
to enjoy a snack bar throughout the weekend.
