Purchase of ordinary shares of 28 (4) /(7) pence in J Sainsbury plc ('Shares' and the 'Company', respectively) by Directors of the Company and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) under the Sainsbury's Share Purchase Plan ('SSPP').
