RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Limited (the "Company") is
pleased to announce that at a general meeting of the Company held earlier today
the resolution to grant the Directors authority to allot up to 50 million new
ordinary shares in the Company on a nonpre-emptive basis, as set out in the
circular to shareholders dated 30 September 2014,was duly approved by
shareholders.

Details of the proxy votes lodged before the meeting will be available shortly
at www.standardlifeinvestments.com/its. A copy of the resolution passed at the
general meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will
shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
