Company to Request Extension for Form 10-K Filing; Expects to Complete Filing of Full Year 2005 Results by March 31, 2006

The company also announced that it is requesting a 15-day extension for filing of its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005.
The Company stated that the additional time required is a direct result of the significant requirements imposed on public companies in complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The extension will allow for further time to complete the audit of its consolidated financial statements and the company expects to complete filing of its Form 10-K by no later than Friday, March 31, 2006.
