Secured Property Developments Plc announces New Share Registrars 

Secured Property Developments Plc wishes to announce the appointment of Avenir Registrars Limited as Registrar to the company.  In accordance with new EU Regulations it has become a requirement of the ISDX market that your company's shares shall be eligible for settlement via CREST in electronic form. Your directors have therefore decided to appoint Avenir Registrars Limited as Registrar to the company who will facilitate electronic settlement in CREST.  The appointment took  effect from 5^th May  2015 and the shares can be settled within Crest with effect from Wednesday 1^st July 2015.

Shareholders can continue to hold their shares in certificated form if they so wish.

Please note that as part of their procedures in taking on the company's share register, Avenir Registrars will be issuing new share certificates to all certificated shareholders to replace their old share certificates which will thereafter be invalid.  Shareholders wishing to hold their shares in electronic form may do so and should raise the matter with their stockbroker or bank.
