Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or connected persons in accordance with DTR 3.1

The independent trustee of the SABMiller plc Employees Share Purchase Plan Trust notified the Company on 17 August 2015 that Mr John Davidson, a PDMR, had on the same day acquired 1 ordinary share of US$0.10 each in the Company at a price of GBP32.8525. Mr Davidson acquired the share following automatic reinvestment of a cash dividend as required under the SABMiller plc Employee Share Purchase Plan. The transaction took place in London.
