FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Austrian IT services company S&T System
Integration & Technology Distribution AG may increase its capital by up to 50
pct to raise up to 100 mln eur for acquisitions, chief executive Christian
Rosner told Boersen-Zeitung.
"We want to double our services business by 2010," which would boost the
company's annual sales to 750 mln eur from 510 mln eur in 2007, given stable
business in the company's second major division, infrastructure, Rosner said.
S&T is 28 pct-owned by company founder Thomas Streimelweger, while AvW
Invest AG holds 26 pct of the company's shares. Austrian Postversicherung AG
holds 5 pct and the remaining 41 pct of shares are freely traded.
Rosner said it is not yet certain whether the company's shareholders will
participate in the capital increase.
