NEW YORK (AP) - The executive vice president, chief legal officer and
corporate secretary for trucking company Ryder System Inc. exercised options for
4,333 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission
filing Wednesday.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Robert Fatovic reported he exercised options
for the shares Monday for $36.88 apiece, and then sold 4,850 of them for $69.07
to $69.45 apiece.
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their
companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two
business days of the transaction.
Ryder System is based in Miami.
