Russian Ruble Rises To 1-week High Against U.S. Dollar

The Russian ruble strengthened against the U.S. dollar in the
early European session on Monday.
Against the greenback, the ruble rose to a 1-week high of 61.45
from an early low of 65.68. At Friday's close, the ruble was
trading at 65.04 against the greenback.
If the ruble extends its uptrend, it is likely to find
resistance around the 54.40 area.
