DAYTON, Ohio, March 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Robbins & Myers, Inc. (NYSE:RBN) announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Andrew G. Lampereur to its Board of Directors, increasing the size from seven to eight members. Mr. Lampereur will also join the Audit Committee of the Board.
Mr. Lampereur, 43, is Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of Actuant Corporation (NYSE:ATU). Actuant Corporation is a diversified manufacturer of products and systems built around three primary platforms: industrial tools, electrical tools and supplies and engineered solutions. The company began as a spin-off of Applied Power and has been able to successfully grow organically and through acquisitions. Andy began his career with Applied Power in 1993 and held a number of positions in finance and business development of subsidiary operations. He became Chief Financial Officer for Actuant as the company was established in 2000 and later became Executive Vice President and CFO.
