of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Wilson Phillips Limited and Accuma Insolvency
Practitioners Limited, (the "Disposals") was duly passed at the general meeting
held at 10.00am today.
The Company will make a further announcement when the remaining conditions
relating to the Disposals have been satisfied.
