Result of General Meeting
Xploite (AIM:XPT), the operator and aggregator of strategic high growth IT
services businesses, announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held
earlier today, the sole resolution proposed was duly passed.
Consequently, proposals in relation to an invitation by Brewin Dolphin to
Qualifying Shareholders to tender up to 19,000,000 Ordinary Shares for sale to
Brewin Dolphin (the "Tender Offer") and a repurchase by the Company of the
Ordinary Shares purchased by Brewin Dolphin pursuant to the Tender Offer (or
otherwise a corresponding number of Ordinary Shares) (the "Repurchase") have
been approved and the result of the Tender Offer will be announced on 20
November 2009.
