("Indago" or "the Company")
Result of General Meeting and Winding Up of the Company
At the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held this morning in Paris at
10.00 a.m. French time (9.00 a.m. UK time) resolution 1 to wind up the Company
and appoint the Liquidator and resolution 2 to approve the 2008 Annual Report
and Accounts were both passed by the Shareholders. As a result of the passing of
resolution 1, resolution 3, the Investing Strategy Resolution, was not put to
the meeting.
Accordingly, the winding up of the Company will now commence and the business
and affairs of the Company have been passed to the Liquidator. It is expected
that by 7 August 2009, the Liquidator will make an initial capital return to
Shareholders on the Register as at close of business on 10 July 2009.
Dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares were suspended on AIM at 7.00 a.m.
this morning. The admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM
will be cancelled at 7.00 a.m. on Monday 13 July 2009.
Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as used in the
Circular dated 18 June 2009.
