Result of General Meeting
The Company announces that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at today's
General Meeting were duly passed, including the resolution to cancel the
admission of the Company's shares to trading on AiM.
The last day of dealings in Acertec Ordinary Shares on AiM will therefore be the
29 June 2009. The cancellation of the admission of the Company's shares to
trading on AiM will take effect from 7:00 am on 30 June 2009.
