RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
On 20 May 2009, IMS announced that a general meeting had been convened for today
to consider, inter alia, the proposed disposal of its operating subsidiaries
(the "Disposal").
The Company is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions were passed.
The Company will make a further announcement to shareholders in the next few
days in relation to, inter alia, the proposed change of name of the Company to
Lagan Capital Plc, which was also approved by shareholders today.
