Nanette Real Estate Group, the Central & Eastern European residential real
estate developer, is pleased to announce that each of the resolutions proposed
at its Extraordinary General Meeting, held at the company's registered address,
Rapenburgerstraat 204, 1011 MN, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on the 6th of August
2009, at 12:00 noon, were duly passed by shareholders.
The following resolutions were presented and duly passed at the EGM:
* Appointment of Mr. Ron Hadassi as Vice-Chairman
* Change of the status of Mr. Ron Hadassi from Non-Executive member of theBoard to
Executive member of the Board
* Appointment of Mr. Alon Bachar as Non-Executive member of the Board
* Appointment of Mr. Ferenc Karl senior as Non-Executive member of the Board
* Appointment of Mrs. Sophie van Oosterom as Non-Executive member of the Board
* Approval of the Remuneration Policy
