The Board of Alba plc is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held today at 10am
regarding the disposal of the Alba and Bush trademarks, the return of cash to Shareholders of 30p per share, the change of name to Harvard
International plc and the amendments to the Articles of Association and the Long Term Incentive Plan as announced on 27 November 2008 were
duly passed.
The agreement for the disposal of Alba and Bush Trademarks is now completed.
