Result of EGM - Name Change
Future Internet Technologies plc ('FIT' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce
that the resolutions voted upon at its Extraordinary General Meeting held today
at 10.00am were duly passed and that, consequently, the Company's name has
changed with immediate effect to Artilium plc.
As a result of the name change, from 24 May 2007 the Company will trade under
the ticker ARTA on the AIM market. The ISIN number of the Company's shares will
remain unchanged.
