Result of Annual General Meeting
The Board of Stanelco announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier
today all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
As required by Listing Rule 9.6.2R, copies of all the resolutions passed, other
than those concerning ordinary business, have been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
