Results of Annual General Meeting
At the annual general meeting of Datatec Limited ("Datatec", JSE and LSE: DTC),
held at 11h00 today, 12 August 2009, all the ordinary and special resolutions,
as proposed in the notice to the annual general meeting, were passed, other than
Ordinary Resolution number 8 - placing unissued shares under the control of the
directors (limited to 5% of the issued share capital) -which was withdrawn prior
to the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Registration Office in due course.
