Result of Annual General Meeting.
At the Annual General Meeting today all resolutions put to the meeting were duly
passed. The Chief Executive, Alistair Rae, made the following statement.
"When we released our results for the year to December, 2008 on 24 March this
year, we commented that 2009 had started well and that trading was in line with
expectations.
I am now pleased to be able to report that the first four months of this year
has seen a high level of activity across all our business and revenue is
exceeding management expectation. While our industry does not have clear long
term visibility of revenue, we re-iterate our comments in March that we will see
further good progress in 2009.
