Resignation of Nominated Adviser
Renova Energy plc (the "Company") today announces that its Nominated Adviser, Brewin Dolphin, has resigned with immediate effect. The
shares of the Company are currently suspended from trading on AIM, and as such the resignation of Brewin Dolphin will have no immediate
impact on the trading of shares in the Company. However, as detailed in the AIM Rules for Companies, if the Company fails to appoint a new
Nominated Adviser within one month, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled by the London Stock Exchange
at 7am on November 18 2008.
The Company will further update the market shortly.
