On September 12, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has received notice from the NYSE Regulation, Inc. that trading of the Company’s common stock on the New York Stock Exchange was suspended at 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on September 12, 2017.  A copy of that release is attached to this report on Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.
