Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 27, 2017, Atlassian Corporation Plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein. The Company also issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 (the “Shareholder Letter”). The full text of the Shareholder Letter is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
