AudioCodes Announces Preliminary Revenues

 

 

Lod, Israel - June 9th, 2015 - AudioCodes (NasdaqGS: AUDC), a leading provider of converged voice solutions that enable enterprises and service providers to transition to all-IP voice networks, today announced that revenues for the second quarter of 2015 are anticipated to be lower than previously estimated. Revenues in the second quarter are expected to be 5 to 15 percent lower compared with the revenues in the first quarter of 2015.

  

Mr. Shabtai Adlersberg, President and CEO of AudioCodes, said: "We are facing weaker market conditions for our legacy business in Latin America and certain markets in Europe. We intend to revise our outlook for 2015 at the time of our second quarter 2015 financial results conference call."
