In a current report on Form 6-K that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 30, 2015, Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc. (“Company”) noted that its 2015 annual general shareholders’ meeting will be held on June 23, 2015 and the record date for holders and beneficial owners of the Company’s American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) in connection with its 2015 annual general shareholders’ meeting will be April 25, 2015. The record date for ADR holders in connection with the Company’s 2015 annual general shareholders’ meeting has been changed to April 24, 2015 due to April 25, 2015 being a non-business day.
