NEWS RELEASE

Jet Metal Announces Investment

February 27, 2015                                                                                                          (TSXV: JET) (OTCQB: JETMF)

Jet Metal Corp. (TSXV: JET) (OTCQB: JETMF) (the “Company” or “Jet Metal”) announces that it has subscribed for common shares in a private placement, acquiring 1,000,000 common shares of Unloot Enterprises Inc. (“Unloot”) at a price of $0.20 per common share for an aggregate purchase price of $200,000. Unloot is developing mobile applications and software platforms to meet the investment expectations of millennial investors.  It has built a functional prototype and designed a consumer version which is in development. Unloot expects to have its first product available for launch in 2016.

Commenting on the investment, Jim Crawford, President & CEO of the Company stated “the Company’s core focus remains on progressing its current uranium projects and evaluating new acquisition targets in the mining sector. However, based on the continuing depressed state of the mining sector, the Company has been exploring other opportunities in order to capture value for our shareholders and this small investment in Unloot is a step towards that end.”
