Resignation of International Director
Rio de Janeiro, July 23, 2012 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras hereby announces that its Board of Directors’ Meeting held today acknowledged the resignation of its International Director, Jorge Luiz Zelada, and appointed the Chief Executive Officer, Maria das Graças Silva Foster, in charge of the duties of the International Area Director.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Zelada for his invaluable services.
