DALLAS, April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III, Inc. (OTC:RENN) will hold its RENN Investor Conference on Friday, May 18, 2007 at the Hilton Anatole Hotel, 2201 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas. The conference will begin at 8 a.m. with a continental breakfast and will conclude at 12:00 noon followed by a light lunch.
