CHESTERFIELD, Mo., May 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Reliv International, Inc. (NASDAQ: RELV), a maker of nutritional supplements that support optimal health, today announced that the board of directors has declared a dividend of $0.02 per share to all holders of record as of May 18, 2012, to be paid on or about May 29, 2012.
The dividend represents an increase of $0.01 per share over the dividend announced in November 2011.
Robert L. Montgomery, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Reliv, said, "This dividend payment will constitute the 17th consecutive semi-annual dividend payment made by Reliv."
