LONDON (AFX) - Telecoms and IT services company Redstone PLC said its offer
for business telecommunications company IDN Telecom PLC has been declared
unconditional in all respects.
Redstone said that it had received valid acceptances for 345.5 mln shares,
or around 88.3 pct of IDN as of Jan 19.
On Nov 30 2006, Redstone made a 2.939 pence a share recommended cash offer
for IDN, valuing it at 11.4 mln stg.
