ANTIGUA COURT ORDER
"The Company has noted the order issued by The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court
in the High Court of Justice Antigua and Barbuda which prevents BOS (Antigua)
Limited from disposing of any of its assets and orders BOS (Antigua) Limited to
provide an account to the Financial Services Regulatory Commission of all of its
assets. BOS (Antigua) Limited intends to comply with this order, so far as it is
able.
This Order affects only those brands (principally US facing) owned by BOS
(Antigua) Limited. The Asian facing brands are not owned by BOS (Antigua)
Limited and these continue to trade normally"
