Datalex and Bibit Partner to Provide Airlines with a Multi-National
                        Online Payment Solution;
Travel Suppliers Can Provide Payment Methods Appropriate to
Each Country and Market of Operation

Global travel solutions provider, Datalex (ISE: DLE)(OTC: DLEXY), announces a
partnership with Bibit, one of the world's leading payment service providers,
whose technology is now integrated with Datalex's premier Internet booking
engine.

Bibit specializes in processing payments originating from multiple sales
channels, including Internet, call centers, mobile applications and
point-of-sale, over an Internet infrastructure. The company's multi-lingual,
end-to-end payment service adds a proven payment component to Datalex's already
extensive solutions offering.

"With the growth of online booking systems across national boundaries, our
travel industry customers are seeking ways to accept and reconcile payments in
multiple currencies online as well," said Damian Hickey, senior vice president
of Business Development for Datalex. "Through this partnership we are able to
provide a single solution that allows payment transactions to be completed
through a variety of methods appropriate to the online purchaser and vendor,
wherever they are located."

Synergy

Datalex provides technology to leading travel industry suppliers across the
globe and has an in-depth understanding of the issues involved in online
booking. The Bibit payment service, while originating from e-retailing, over
time has been tailored to meet the needs of a rapidly growing number of
international travel businesses, including both airlines and travel portals such
as Expedia. Together, the companies offer unequaled technical expertise in
making online travel booking and paying work, whatever the client's situation.
The technical relationship has already been proven in the integration of
Datalex's online booking engine with Bibit's payment platform for a major
mid-east airline customer.

"The synergy with Datalex has already resulted in an integral airline solution
we're proud to present to the market," says Pieter van der Does, EVP Sales and
Marketing for Bibit. "Our shared understanding of our clients' needs, combined
with both parties' global presence, positions us for enhancing this even
further."
