SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Rambus Inc. late Tuesday said Kevin
Kennedy will step down as board chairman and from the board effective July 1.
Kennedy may leave the board earlier if a replacement is named earlier, the
Los Altos, Calif.-based memory chip company said.
Kennedy's departure is for personal reasons, the company said.
Rambus shares closed the regular session down 50 cents at $23.21.
