LONDON (Thomson Financial) - AIM-listed Rambler Metals and Mining Plc. said
it has recorded further positive drill results from exploration drilling at the
Ming Mine in Newfoundland, including drilling a hole of 7.50 metres at 3.62
percent copper.
Average copper grades from the drilling were of over 2 percent copper, or
better, with gold as a valuable by-product, Rambler said.
Larry Pilgrim, Chief Geologist and independent consultant commented: "We are
very pleased that Rambler now has two underground drill rigs on site especially
at a time when the mining industry is facing increased demands for such
equipment... Rambler is confident that the results of these drill programs will
continue to build on the resource estimate outlined (earlier this month)."
An additional drill rig was acquired on June 5.
