The contract provides for an initial base period extending from May 17, 2007, through the end of the federal fiscal year on September 30, 2007, and for two one-year extensions at the option of the USFS. The contract does not specify firm service dates or quantities. Accordingly, the ultimate value of the contract is not established, though the initial base period of 4.5 months is estimated at $200,000.
