LONDON (Thomson Financial) - IT services company RDF Group Plc. said it will
sell its managed services business, if it gets an "acceptable" price.
RDF has appointed Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance Ltd. to manage the
sale process.
The company reviewed its business after the trading update for the period to
March 31.
