LONDON (Thomson Financial) - RDF Group Plc. said its now sees a pretax loss
of 75,000 pounds for the second half of the year from a breakeven position and
expects to incur a pretax loss of 40,000 pounds for the year ended March 31
2008.
The IT services company said it has decided to write off the balance of its
investment in its Financial Services software product, resulting in an
exceptional charge of 75,000 pounds.
It added the results for the year are expected to include exceptional costs
totalling 585,000 pounds incurred within the Managed Services business and said
its pretax profit before exceptionals will be 545,000 pounds on revenues of 30.5
million pounds, an increase of 37 percent on the previous year's income.
The company also said it expects to release its preliminary results by July
7.
