LONDON (Thomson Financial) - RDF Group Plc. said resolutions relating to the
payment of a dividend and the appointment of the auditors were not approved at
the AGM. The company said the meeting to consider these specific resolutions was
adjourned and will be reconvened at a later date, yet to be determined.
The IT services group also said for the five months to Aug. 31, its trading
performance was ahead of that for the comparable period last year.
