Articles, to permit stockholders to approve corporate actions by
written consent.
* Amend the Articles to change the corporate name from Reclamation
Consulting And Application, Inc. to Alderox, Inc.
* Amend the Articles to increase the authorized number of shares of
common stock from 150,000,000 to 200,000,000.
* Amend the Articles to effect a 1-for-2 reverse stock split of our
common stock.
Other items that were approved by our shareholders include the election of Norman Gish, Gordon Davies and Michael Davies as our 2008 Board of Directors and the adoption of an incentive stock option plan.
