RAM Investment Group plc today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary RAM
Media Limited has been placed into Administration.
Malcolm Cohen and Antony David Nygate (both of BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, 8 Baker
Street, London W1U 3LL) were appointed Joint Administrators on 4 May 2007.
The litigation against the Greek Ministry of Culture is ongoing and placing RAM
Media Limited into Administration will protect it from creditors relating to the
cancelled FIFPro Awards Event and enable it to focus completely on winning the
litigation.
