DENVER, Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Talks between the Communications Workers of America and Qwest Communications (NYSE:Q) are continuing past the August 13 deadline.
CWA District 7 Vice President Annie Hill said that progress was being made.
Therefore, CWA members will not be on strike at Qwest as of midnight. Instead, "the clock will stop" and contract negotiations will continue.
