(NASDAQ:VMSI) in the HealthShares(TM) Diagnostics Index. Ventana's is being acquired by Roche group based in Switzerland.
Companies that are included in The HealthShares(TM) Diagnostics Index are engaged in the identification of the existence and extent of a disease, the visual localization of a disease by way of imaging, the selection of therapeutic agents appropriate for the disease wherever possible and the monitoring of disease progression/therapeutic efficacy.
