Total Voting Rights
PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and
marketer of high purity stevia products notifies the market that at
29 July 2016 the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue
is 173,610,466 of which 81,180 are held in treasury. Therefore the
total number of voting rights in the Company is 173,529,286.
The above figure of 173,529,286 may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the
FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
