Notice of AGM and Annual Report: Amendment

The issuer advises that the following replaces the announcement released on 2 November 2016 at 7.00 a.m. under RNS number 8576N, to correct a typographical error in the date of the Annual General Meeting which is 1 December 2016 (not 2 December 2016).

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Unit 135, Wharfdale Road, 1Q, Winnersh, Reading, RG41 5RB on 1 December at 9.00 a.m.

   -     Notice of Annual General Meeting 
   -     Form of Proxy
