APPOINTMENT OF PWC LONDON AS AUDITORS
PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and
marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, today announces the
appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC London) as its
external auditor for the financial year ending 30 June 2016.
The proposed change of auditor follows a recommendation by the
Audit Committee to the Board based on a formal tender in line with
best practice. Further information on the tender process will be
provided in the Audit Committee Report contained in the Company's
Annual report for the financial year ending 30 June 2016.
The Board would like to thank PwC Malaysia for its service as
auditor since 2010.
