Purchase of Own Shares
Ablon Group Limited, ("Ablon" or "the Group") has purchased 135,000 ordinary
shares at 31p to be
held in treasury. The Group now owns 0.15% of the entire share
capital.
Following the purchase, the total number of ordinary shares in the
Company with voting rights is 109,413,178. There is now a total of 171,541
ordinary shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 109,413,178 ordinary
shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for any calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their
interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
