    The Company was notified yesterday that following the purchase of 15,000 ordinary shares
of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company
("Shares") on 5 June 2008 at a price of 60 pence per Share, Simon Escott, Chief Executive, is
now interested in 4,558,500 Shares
representing approximately 8.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
